Born and raised in the Kansas City metropolitan area, David has 17 years of experience defending and upholding the rights of employees who have suffered an injury on the job. Completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas, he earned a Bachelor of Science in the field of Psychology.  Following his time at KU, he completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2004. Since graduating law school, David has focused his legal career on aggressively representing injured workers in both Missouri and Kansas.  

David has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured workers throughout Kansas and Missouri.  In the majority of cases handled, he is able to skillfully negotiate settlements to the benefit of his clients. However, in the more complex cases, David has a proven track record of successfully handling both trial and appellate work when it is needed. 
 

David is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Johnson County Bar Association. He is focused on defending and empowering his clients as he fights to ensure they obtain the employer-paid medical coverage, wage benefits, permanent disability benefits, and settlements they are entitled to.

When he is not fighting for the rights of the injured, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, his two amazing children and two dogs.
